She has a passion for helping others achieve transformation and reverse the effects that an unhealthy, sedentary lifestyle may have had on them. Through personal experience she has a deep understanding of how this may happen to people, and what it takes to reverse the situation.
Elsabé is working towards resuming her own running career and being able to compete in her age group in 10 km and 21 km road and trail races, as well as masters track athletics events.
Elsabé has completed her Exercise Science qualification at the Institute of Fitness Professionals and is continuing her studies into sport Massage, Sport Nutrition and Group Fitness Trainer.
